Matthew Matt James is a North Carolina native born on 5 December 1991. James is the son of Manny and Patty James and is of mixed race. He has the Nigerian father and a Caucasian woman. He graduated in the class of Sanderson High School. In 2015, James earned his Bachelor of Economics at Wake Forest University. James was famous after He appeared on The Bachelorette as a reality TV show star. The show's creators chose him in 2020 to be the 25th season bachelor of The Bachelor, becoming the first African American lead. The show premiered 2021. James would be a perfect match for the job as he's tall, handsome and charming. The show ended when he chose Rachael Krkconnell as his choice to begin the possibility of a romantic relationship with her.
